Seawins serie av policy briefs beskriver kortfattat olika utmaningar och fr\u00e5gest\u00e4llningar kring h\u00e5llbarhet relaterat till milj\u00f6 och h\u00e4lsa med ett svenskt perspektiv som utg\u00e5ngspunkt.  Det \u00f6vergripande syftet \u00e4r att lyfta fr\u00e5gor som oftast dyker upp kring sj\u00f6mat i Sverige och genom konkreta rekommendationer underl\u00e4tta f\u00f6r mer h\u00e5llbar utveckling f\u00f6r produktion och konsumtion av sj\u00f6mat i Sverige fram\u00f6ver. Exempel p\u00e5 fr\u00e5gor som tas upp \u00e4r: \u00c4r svensk sj\u00f6mat b\u00e4ttre \u00e4n importerad? Vilka arter \u00e4r nyttigast och har minst milj\u00f6p\u00e5verkan? Hur skiftar vi till en mer h\u00e5llbar konsumtion av sj\u00f6mat i Sverige? Det \u00e4r komplexa fr\u00e5gor och de olika \u00e4mnen som behandlas i varje enskilt brief \u00e4r ofta sammankopplade. D\u00e4r konkreta rekommendationer l\u00e4mnas representerar det f\u00f6rfattarnas \u00e5sikter baserade p\u00e5 nuvarande forskningsm\u00e4ssiga kunskapsl\u00e4ge. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sammanfattningsvis kan man s\u00e4ga att svensk sj\u00f6mat har m\u00e5nga f\u00f6rdelar, som att vi blir mer sj\u00e4lvf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjande p\u00e5 mat och att den produceras under den mer strikta svenska milj\u00f6- och arbetsmilj\u00f6lagstiftningen. Samtidigt finns det utmaningar som g\u00f6r att man inte rakt av kan f\u00f6respr\u00e5ka svensk sj\u00f6mat framf\u00f6r importerad som mer h\u00e5llbar idag. Att vi importerar s\u00e5 mycket av sj\u00f6maten vi \u00e4ter inneb\u00e4r att vi idag orsakar milj\u00f6p\u00e5verkan i andra l\u00e4nder. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r b\u00f6r det utredas hur Sverige b\u00e4st kan bidra till ett mer h\u00e5llbart livsmedelsystem d\u00e4r svensk h\u00e5llbar sj\u00f6mat har en mer framtr\u00e4dande roll.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
